Warehouse pallet rack storage space for rent in Central SG

We are a business focusing on hydraulic engineering products. We do understand the challenges in catering to customers at urgent timespans, and in obtaining the optimum stock & space to cater to their needs.

As such, we hope to develop a win-win relationship with fellow local businesses by co-sharing our pallet storage racks and warehouse space at our Tagore premise for rent.

• Each pallet storage rack is approximately 2.3mL x 1.2mW, 1.4mH, but this dimension can be customized to suit your requirements. In total, you can choose to rent from 1 to16 pallets storage racks available.

Rates per storage rack of the above dimension of 2.3mL x 1.2mW x 1.4mH is SGD10 per day

• Furthermore, we are able to provide complementary services such as

○ pick and pack services using our manpower and equipment (e.g. overhead crane, crating, forklifts, & reach trucks).

○ last mile services using our 10 foot lorry and van (added costs).

• Lastly, our warehouse includes bathroom, carpark facilities, a security guard, and 24/7 CCTV system.

• Terms of lease wise, we are flexible and can accept from 1 month onwards.

As we serve multiple military and offshore projects, do expect a space that is clean, tidy, and shielded from the elements.
